YouTube Growth - Help Needed

I’m busy trying to improve and grow my YouTube channel with content sharing my expertise over the years as a professional photographer but also with some tech and video thrown in.

Video is relatively new to me so figuring out as I go but a lot of my photography knowledge applicable here and really enjoying to learning curve and the awesome YouTube community.
